Roly International Holdings Ltd. ("Roly") is one of the Asian region's leading value-added supply chain management groups and distributors of lifestyle products with presence in 12 countries and territories and over 2,000 employees.

The Group is engaged in four core business areas which include:

• Providing global sourcing and logistics solutions through Linmark Group
• Distributing and marketing home decor and lifestyle products worldwide through Vigor International
• Distributing and retailing branded consumer products in Greater China through Roly China
